Zy-3400n automatic low temperature concentration device (upgrade)
1、 Brief introduction of the instrument
Zy-3400n automatic low temperature concentration device is independently developed by Beijing Zhongyi Yusheng Technology Co., Ltd. It is specially designed for the determination of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide in air quality (GB / t14678-93). It has automatic design, touch screen display and simple operation.
Zy-3400n automatic low temperature concentration device can be used with all imported and domestic GC and GCMS.
2、 Features and main functions of the instrument
1. Power on self-test, fault alarm and prompt;
2. Color touch screen, computer program control, main functions are as follows:
(1) method parameter setting, real-time display of working state and running time;
(2) the desorption zone, injection valve and sample transfer tube are heated separately to control the temperature;
(3) set the analysis program and press the run key to automatically complete the whole sample analysis;
(4) the GC and chromatographic data processing workstation can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started by external programs;
3. The self-developed electronic cold trap technology and advanced bipolar four layer refrigeration sheet are adopted to optimize the structural design, effectively improve the refrigeration capacity and rapid thermal desorption capacity, and greatly improve the detection accuracy.
4. Through time programming, the functions of sample adsorption, desorption, sample injection and back blowing cleaning can be realized automatically;
5. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic back blowing function, which can avoid cross contamination of different samples;
6. In order to make the imported gas chromatograph more convenient and accurate, the instrument is also equipped with special interfaces for various imported instruments, which is convenient for connection;
7. With adjustable vacuum pump, the sampling flow is more stable;
8. The internal parts of the instrument gas pipeline and sample transmission pipeline have been treated with inertness to ensure that the sample passes through without adsorption.
3、 Main technical parameters of the instrument
1. Temperature control range of valve injection system:
From room temperature to 220 ℃, the increment is 1 ℃;
2. Temperature control range of sample transmission pipeline:
Room temperature ~ 240 ℃ in increments of 1 ℃
(low voltage power supply is adopted for temperature control of transmission pipeline for operation safety);
