      ATDS-20A Max Automatic Thermal Desorption Instrument


       


      1. Purpose and application scope


      ATDS-20A Max automatic thermal desorption instrument is a sample pretreatment device, used with GC, GCMS, the minimum detection concentration of volatile organic compounds in the detection environment can reach ppb level. This device can meet the following standards:


      1. "HJ / 644-2013 Ambient Air Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds, Adsorption Tube Sampling-Thermal Desorption Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry";


      2. "HJ / T400-2007 Sampling and determination method of volatile organic compounds and aldehydes and ketones in vehicles";


      3. "GB / T18883-2002 Indoor Air Quality Standard";


      4. "HJ / 583-2010 Ambient Air Determination of Benzene Series Solid Adsorption / Thermal Desorption-Gas Chromatography";

      2. Instrument characteristics and main functions


      1. A new generation of upgraded products, brand-new fashion design, internal structure optimization and reorganization, transmission and positioning are more accurate and reliable.


      2. Adopt a new type of electronic pressure sensor, the pressure status is displayed accurately and in real time;


      3. Can run up to 20 samples automatically, without personnel on duty;


      4. Power-on self-test, fault alarm and prompt;


      5. Seven-inch capacitive touch screen control, human-computer interaction is more intuitive and comfortable:


      (1) Method parameter setting, real-time animation display working status and running time;


      (2) The desorption zone, sampling valve, sample transfer tube and secondary desorption zone are all heated and temperature controlled separately;


      (3) The GC and chromatographic data processing workstation can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started by an external program;


      6. This machine comes with standard sample simulation function, which can make the working curve more easily through thermal desorption instrument;


      7. Through time programming, automatically realize the functions of desorption, purge adsorption, re-desorption, sample injection, backflush cleaning, etc .;


      8. Low temperature secondary desorption adopts electronic refrigeration and second-order thermal desorption process to ensure narrow chromatographic peak shape;


      9. The sample transfer tube and sampling valve have automatic backflushing function to avoid cross contamination of different samples;


      10. In order to support imported GC and GCMS, it is more convenient and accurate to use. This instrument is also equipped with special interfaces for various imported instruments, which can be connected to all types of GC and GCMS at home and abroad;


      11. For active substance analysis, elastic quartz tube can be used as sample transfer tube;

         Room temperature—400 ℃, set in increments of 1 ℃;


      2. Temperature control range of valve sampling system:


         Room temperature—220 ℃, set in increments of 1 ℃;


      3. Temperature control range of sample transfer pipeline:


         Room temperature—240 ℃, set in increments of 1 ℃


        (For operation safety, the temperature control of the transmission pipeline uses low voltage power supply);


      4. Desorption 2 temperature control range:


         Room temperature—400 ℃, set in increments of 1 ℃;

      5. Cold trap temperature control range:


         -35 ℃ —50 ℃ set in increments of 1 ℃


        (Using the most advanced electronic refrigeration device, no liquid nitrogen refrigeration is required)
